Hello!
I am so delighted you stopped by! I wanted to take a moment to let you know about myself! My name is Regina Penney and I am the sole owner of Penney Photography. I am based out of Abilene, TX but often travel so please don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested in a session outside of the Abilene area!
First and foremost, I am a mother to two amazing boys and a wife to an incredible man. I love the Lord and strive to honor him with the gifts he has given me and try to live daily with keeping Him and the three boys of my life as top priority!
I discovered my love for photography with the birth of my oldest son. I just could not get enough of him and quickly learned that life stages come and go so quickly, but photographs helped me remember! I picked up a camera and have been a photography student ever since! I was blessed by wonderful friends and family who took a risk on me starting out a new business and I haven't looked back since. I am always learning and improving with each every session I am blessed with and can't believe I have been granted 12 years of photographing memories for people!
I genuinely believe that photography is the best cure for a bad memory (or for no memories at all). Pictures are worth a thousand words and that's why I LOVE my job! I strive to capture life as it is now, in this moment! You will cherish that crying picture one day or that little thumb that always seems to go to the mouth. Your children will cherish seeing their parents as young, and your grandchildren will laugh at what you used to think was in style! Yesterday is already a memory, but photographs capture it for a lifetime!
